Currently under refurbishment, the 157 year-old Wains Hotel is being transformed into Dunedin’s first 5-star hotel.

We are currently undergoing some refurbishment work which will really lift the hotel rooms and the facilities of our lovely old building. As there are two wings to the hotel with two separate lifts and we are working on one at a time, we trust that it would not be too disruptive to our guests.
