If you are looking for something new and exciting this summer, book the date in your diary and get planning a trip to Wellington for Coastella 2017.

Coastella will be held on Saturday 25 February at the Southward Car Museum on Wellington’s Kapiti Coast. Organisers have put the date back a little to try and guarantee the gorgeous weather that graced the debut event in 2016. For those of you who have never been to Wellington, the Kapiti Coast is a special part of New Zealand’s coastline and is a favourite destinations for Wellington city dwellers to get away from the big smoke and relax by the sea. The Southward Car Museum is the perfect venue to host a music festival as the grounds provide a natural amphitheatre as well as providing a lot of space to accommodate all the festival-goers.

If you have never been to a music festival before, this is a great way to break yourself in as the variety of music and atmosphere at the event is second to none.
