CPG Group own the below properties and in May 2015 developed a management company called CPG Hotels to manage the properties. In the last 8 months they have grown to 7 owned and managed properties.
Since taking over the management:
- Complimentary unlimited wifi has be installed at all properties.
- Rebranding is in process with regards to websites/collateral and logos
- Refurbishments of different levels will take place over the next 12 months in all hotels
- New PMS system has been installed, this allowing “real time” live booking capabilities.
Fable Auckland – To be refurbished to a 5 star boutique style property, together with a beauty spa, gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, business centre, concierge, valet parking, and 24 hour room service, restaurant and bar, terraced outdoor are. Refurbishment commences 01 April 2016.
Greenlane Suites – Opened October 2015, after an extensive refurbishment throughout the property of all rooms, lobby and restaurant. Rooms are very spacious, modern and quiet guestrooms and suites, with the majority having kitchenettes. Rooms have been upgraded with sky television with 55 channels, free onsite parking, coffee machines with coffee pods, docking stations and individually controlled air conditioning/heating. Breakfast restaurant and outdoor courtyard area. Property has a small conference room.
Lake Rotorua Hotel – Received an award August 2015 from Trip Advisor for “Most consistent service”. Undergone a light refurbishment of rooms with new light fittings, throws. Garden has been manicured with new planting and the building painted.
Four Canoes Hotel – this property is new to CPG Hotels from June 2015, Four Canoes offers comfortable accommodation, distinctive Maori cultural décor, outdoor swimming pools and indoor thermal mineral pools.
Willis Wellington Hotel – Undergoing a major refurbishment of all rooms, conference facilities, restaurant and reception, becoming a very modern, young and vibrant property. Increasing its rooms from 90 to 110 rooms. Refurbishment due to commence 01 October 2016.
Picton Yacht Club Hotel – In November 2015 refurbishment of a further 8 rooms was completed to bring the total number of refurbished rooms to 33. A further 7 rooms will be completed in April 2016. Landscaping of the gardens to enhance the courtyard and pool area. Sunday Roast Buffet will be introduced February 2016.
Wains Hotel Dunedin – Recently completed a light refurbishment of rooms, including throws/cushions and increasing variety and quality of breakfast options.
